Can any domain be transferred?
A domain must be at least 60 days old, not transferred in the last 60 days, unlocked, and not expired or in redemption.
Will my website go down during the transfer?
No. The nameservers and DNS records stay the same, so visitors and email are not affected.
How long does a transfer take?
Usually 5 to 7 days for generic domains like .com. Some .in transfers complete faster once approved.
What is an EPP code?
It is a password-like authorisation code your current registrar issues to prove you own the domain and approve the move.
