Hello all. I just wanted to let everyone know I look forward to serving you over the next few years. We have some exciting upgrades we will be introducing like; spinning, child care, smoothie bar, new strength/cardio equipment and 24 hour access in addition to our already awsome boxing, mui thai and kickboxing classes.
